As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and guidance to our valued customers.You will serve as a trusted advisor, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and product/service information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
- Listen actively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding in every interaction.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate with customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation
Salary:
From £23,896.59 per year
