Holiday Camp Assistant

Location:
Beswick, Manchester

Dates:
Tuesday 2nd April - Friday 5th April

Hours: 9am - 3pm daily

Hourly Rate:
£13 per hour

As providers of lunchtime and extracurricular activities in schools, we extend our impact by organising holiday camps during Holidays periods.

Our mission is to engage every child in regular physical activity to support their social, emotional, and mental well-being.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daytoday activities of the holiday camp
Plan and execute engaging sessions to encourage physical activity and foster wellbeing
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, adhering to FIFTH Movement's safeguarding and health and safety policies
Conduct craft sessions and interactive activities for children
Respond to any emergencies or incidents promptly and appropriately
Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a positive and cohesive team environment
Keep accurate records of attendance, incidents, and any relevant paperwork

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS check
Paediatric first aid trained
Previous experience in a school or educational setting is advantageous
Passion for promoting physical activity and holistic wellbeing in children
