The role of Analyst PTP UK is a key position within Hilton's UK Centre of Excellence. As part of the Procure to Pay (PTP) process, you will be responsible for control oversight and intervention to ensure payment performance is optimized, financial controls are complied with, and performance metric targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control oversight and intervention in the delivery and improvement of PTP processes.
• Ensure payment performance is optimized, financial controls are complied with, and performance metric targets are achieved.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Hilton Supply Management, suppliers, Corporate and Hotel management, and Operational Finance Teams.
• Identify improvements and replication opportunities across similar processes in the PTP Tower and seek further opportunity to drive standardization in the UK and US regions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or relevant working experience in lieu thereof.
• Relevant analytical work experience including data analysis in finance or financial service high volume, high value transaction processing functions.
• Exceptional critical thinking and both quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills.
