Description
Davies Group are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our busy Motor division. You will be working within a lively team, assisting with inputting new claims onto our internal systems.Although previous insurance experience isn't essential, knowledge of working within a fast-paced admin team would be advantageous.
Duties Include:
- Inputting customer information onto a secure portal
- Sending out correspondence to new customers in relation to their claim
- Working to SLA's both internally and externally
