Overview:

Main purpose of the role
Sales Consultant to join our expanding team in Chapeltown.


Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Group Clients Division deals with all aspects of buying and selling property on behalf of Developer and Corporate clients.


As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external contacts, our own group clients, as well as external estate agency branches and clients.

A day in the life of a Sales Consultant

  • Reach targets and goals that are set for house sales and associated services.
  • Negotiate offers with potential buyers and clients.
  • Work closely with other team members across the dept.
  • Manage both internal and external relationships with our own and independent agents.
  • Answer calls and assist with queries from buyers and sellers where appropriate.
  • Keep IT systems up to date and maintain correct storage of information.
  • Liaise with third party vendors and supply to provide a range of services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors.

The Ideal Sales Consultant would:


  • Be motivated and target driven.
  • Have excellent telephone manner.
  • Be a team player who is able to assist others when needed.
  • Manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally, and effectively, with internal and external parties.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings.
  • Be able to offer support elsewhere in the office if required.
  • Have a proven track record of success and customer service. Have a minimum of Grade C, or equivalent, English and Maths GCSE.

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software.
