Working within our Hope Point service you can start your day knowing what you do really does make a difference

Hope Point is our Community Wellbeing Centre, and is operational 24/7 to support people living with ongoing mental health challenges & distress.

With the aim of addressing barriers to recovery, we will use a personalised and strengths-based approach to promote self-management, resilience building and connecting positively to community and third sector resources which support ongoing wellbeing.

As a Relief Mental Health & Wellbeing Worker, you'll make a difference to people's lives every day.

Your unique knowledge and understanding gained from your own lived/living experience will be called upon; we recognise, and value how transferable and insightful learning from previous life experiences can be.

We are particularly keen to hear from applicants who are available for waking night shifts or weekend working. Waking night shifts are paid at an enhanced hourly rate. Penumbra operate community-based Services across Tayside and there may be opportunity to carry out shifts in some of our other services.
