Description
The Data Entry Clerk will work within a small team in Finance to process payments to GP surgeries for reports received and respond to queries around the payments processed from this task.

Data Entry Clerk - 6 month FTC
What you'll be doing:
- Accurately code and process high volume of payments for medical records received
- Respond in a professional and timely manner to all queries from either internal or external sources received by telephone or Email and raise invoices/ credit notes as necessary
- Ensure full understanding of all processes to provide an accurate response to all queries
- Notifying potential issues within the process to the line manager
- Other adhoc duties as requested by the business
What we're looking for:
- Experience in volume data processing
- Ability to learn new systems and CRM
- Can use own initiative and work independently
- Able to work at pace in line with SLA's
- Accurate Data entry skills
- Good verbal and written skills communicating with GP surgeries
- Works well as part of a small team
- Flexible to work in the office once per week with the view this may be increased over time
