Description
Berry recruitment Sutton are currently recruiting for a hire manager on behalf of their client based in Croydon.


In this position you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of a hire desk and transport services.

You will be required to motivate, manage and coach a team of hire, sales coordinators and drivers. You will also need to have a strongsales focus and be able to deal with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Allocating and monitoring workload
  • Review training needs of staff
  • Provide one to one coaching
  • Induct new team members
  • Monitor cold calling programme
  • Keep on top of paperwork
  • Review customer reports
