Smith & Friends Estate Agents is a well established and forward thinking Estate Agent, leading the way through innovation and our outstanding customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 1 years experience within Estate Agency, this may also be from a sales background within the industry.

You will be responsible for providing excellent service to new and existing clients whilst working and collaborating with our team in the Stockton branch and also the wider Smith & Friends network.

As a Lettings Negotiator you will share our vision to push our service levels to the highest standard whilst demonstrating a strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.

Responsibilities:

Manage a large portfolio of rental properties.
Keep properties occupied with pre qualified tenants through advertising and coordinating move ins.
Develop and maintain tenant relations by implementing rental agreements and taking relevant actions to ensure terms are enforced.
Schedule maintenance and repairs, liaising with third parties and ensuring properties are regularly inspected.

Competitive salary - negotiable depending upon experience. Excellent bonus opportunities.
