• Proficiency in painting, electrical work, masonry, and carpentry
• Experience using power tools and hand tools for construction purposes
• Ability to weld and fabricate materials as needed
• Knowledge of roofing and plumbing systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
