Job summary
We're looking for an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Employee Benefits team. This is a key role for someone who enjoys managing client portfolios,manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across pensions, life insurance, income protection, group risk, group healthcare, and flexible benefits
coordinate and undertake all administration in relation to employee benefit schemes
update member data, process renewals,
- train and coach developing administrators in the team,
- build effective working relationships with colleagues,
- clients,
- and external contacts including insurers
