Scrum Master | Hybrid Working (2 days a week in Manchester) | £60,000 - £70,000

Work with a northern innovator in the payment card industry as they scale and grow their technology function_

The Role

This is an opportunity to work with one of the best FinTech's in the northwest, providing loyalty bonuses for everyday purchases at an ever growing number of everyday brands, from restaurants to online retail.

They've been growing consistently in the UK over the past two years and now they're looking further afield into EU and the Americas.

This is a blank slate for an experienced senior scrum master, with support from the director of software engineering - you'll work across the engineering and platform teams to reinforce agile ways of working.

Currently the development team work to scrum/Kanban, but there are still improvements to be made and they have reached the stage where they need this to be a permanent role going forward.

Requirements:

Strong PM skills, you'll be familiar with planning RAIDs and excellent in stakeholder management.
You'll be familiar with Kanban and agile methodologies, having previously worked closely with software engineering/developer teams.
Run daily standups, keeping your team on track. Running retrospectives and RAID management, keeping conscious of risks and issues to resolve within the senior team.
You'll be familiar with the OWASP Top 10 security threats.
Previous experience working within the payment card industry or other FinTech will be beneficial.
