Calling Tenants, Councils, Agents, and Landlords
Liaising and negotiating cash incentives with various councils
Preparing Tenancy Agreements and Tenant Move in documents.
Be able to use Power point - to create presentations, import images etc and bullet points for presentations.
Assist in the Business Planning.
Assist in Setting up Business Systems.
Invoice and Bill Payments.
Electronic Filing and organisation.
Assistance on PowerPoint presentations.
Setting Up Files
Managing Diary Managing Directors Diary
Event Presentation Planning
Setting Up Shared Drives
Accounts
Assisting in Financial Projection - Cost Analysis, Income Projection, Cashflow, Breakeven Points,
Finding good deals and offers
Sourcing out properties within the Local Housing Allowance rates on property sourcing websites
Any Other Ad Hoq Duties
Person Specification & Requirements
We are looking for someone with at least 1 or 2 years Sales Admin experience.
Have an experience in a UK Letting Agency is an advantage and a proven track record of hitting targets
Must be well spoken with fluent and crystal clear English this is essential.
Experience with Microsoft office packages
Good understanding of The West Midlands and the surrounding area
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
You will be target driven and ambitious
Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
Computer Literate - have good understanding of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, how to use google calendar, diary, drive etc
Understand how Linked Inn Professional media sites operate
Positive & Cheerful
Well spoken & Clear English excellent telephone manner.
Manage call list.
Good written communication skills.
Able to use Google calendar, diary, events manager etc.
Ambitious & Self Confident - will do - can-do attitude who can encourage fellow team members
Excellent Communicator able to negotiate and influence.
Willing to work flexible hours.
