Employment Advisor to join our Employment Plus Services Team.

Within the business the
Employment Advisor role is called the
Employment Development Coordinator.

As an Employment Advisor you will help individuals in identifying, developing, securing and sustaining appropriate work opportunities within the local community.


As the post holder you will be responsible for managing your own caseload to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to all.

In addition to this you will manage, develop and maintain close working partnerships with Homelessness Services, Community Services and Corps, to support those in the community experiencing unemployment.


  • Knowledge of the local labour market and experience in delivering high quality services to people suffering from unemployment
  • Proven ability to be selfdirecting, planning and prioritising own work load
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
