If you are currently working within the engineering Industry or its supply chain, we are interested to hear from you.

There is no specific background that is required as you may be an engineer or technician working hands on, progressed in to management orcarrying out a role within a specific function such as HR or Project Management.

The Role

Our Derby Branch service the Rail and Rolling Stock sector and supply in excess of 1750 contract workers each day to a client base across the UK and Europe.

Part of our service offering includes operating as the Sole Supplier to a number of leading engineering companies within Rolling Stock; this requires Shorterm to be responsible for all recruitment of contractors across the UK.

As a result of our ongoing success and our plans for expansion Shorterm are now seeking to strengthen our internal team.

We are not looking for experience within the recruitment and training industry, our focus is to hire from within the Engineering industryas we know that you will have the passion and knowledge to make the transition into our service offering.

We have a number of roles where you will be able to utilise your industry experience to interface with key client stakeholders to help manage their labour requirements.

Other roles involve helping to identify and recruit rolling stock talent to meet ourclients requirements.
