How you'll make a difference

This is a brand new and exciting role which will lead several Open Banking feature teams in an agile and iterative manner within the Payments Value Stream.

This role will be pivotal in overseeing the build and delivery of the right products to meet customer expectations and ultimately deliver incremental value.

Working closely with stakeholders, you'll understand their needs and prioritise requirements to define the product vision and roadmap.

What you'll bring

Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience.

Previous agile leadership experience & facilitating agile ceremonies e.g. sprint planning and backlog refinement.

Strong dependency management and effective resolution of risks and issues to drive successful outcomes for the Digital Delivery teams.

Strong influencing skills with the ability to use evidence and data to back up your decision-making process.

Experience of senior representation at regulatory and scheme governance forums

Experience of delivering Open Banking solutions

Deep understanding of Open Banking industry landscape and strategic roadmaps
