£24-30k
Permanent role

Full time 7:30-4:30 Monday-Friday

Based in Redditch

A quality residential groundworks and civil engineering company is seeking a Hire Desk Controller ASAP


Responsibilities:


  • Hiring / Re hiring and sourcing equipment from third party suppliers
  • Ensuring equipment is successfully delivered at designated dates/times and locations
  • Full ownership of resolving any queries or claims in a professional and efficient manner
  • Ensure all paperwork is always completed and kept up to date (orders/invoices etc)
  • Support the plant team logging ad hoc queries (Including breakdowns)
  • Responsible for account control

Experience / Qualities desired:

  • Have a proven track record as a hire desk controller or similar, within a construction environment
  • Have great customer service skills and a handson approach
  • Enjoy delivering a highclass service using product knowledge and expertise to fulfil programme demands whilst still being costeffective
