We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Media Manager to re-imagine the social output of one of the UK's most recognisable brands.
Our social channels play a key role in our marketing strategy, helping us reach and engage millions of consumers and customers (aka, estate agents) with impactful, measurable content.
Key responsibilities
- Create an impactful social media content strategy across B2C and B2B channels
- Brief design teams and agencies for the production of creative assets
- Create and own social media calendars for B2C and B2B audiences
- Produce and publish organic posts
- Influence paid media spend, collaborating with our agencies and internal teams across campaign and 'alwayson' periods
- Demonstrate impact of social output by helping define key performance indicators and targets
- Oversee community management across B2C and B2B channels, working closely with Customer Success and Communications teams on proactive and reactive work
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the social networks and social tooling providers (e.g. Hootsuite)
- Help define employee social media policy
Requirements:
Essential skills and experience
- Minimum three years' paid social media management for a brand, publisher or agency
- Exceptional social media copywriting skills
- Experience managing ad campaigns on social media
- Solid understanding of, and handson experience with social media analytics
- Experience creating a social media strategy
- Experience creating and maintaining a content calendar
- Selfstarting attitude, able to troubleshoot issues and make evidencebased decisions
- Highly creative: full of ideas and with a 'thinkoutsidethebox' approach to idea generation
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- A strong interest in and knowledge of the UK property market
- A team player with an appetite to learn and progress
