What you will be doing

  • You will be a friendly face around the accommodation, happy to chat to our guests and assist with any questions they may have.
  • You will keep all public areas, amazing communal spaces and hallways spotlessly clean and tidy on a daily basis.
  • Provide cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens as required.
  • You will log maintenance issues and work alongside the team to keep our guests and accommodation safe and secure.
  • Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections.
  • Ensure compliance to all due diligence requirements and health and safety legislation.
  • Controlling cleaning stocks and supplies and ensuring the safety and security of equipment.

  • Familiar with COSHH standards and Health and Safety Regulations.
  • You will have experience working in a similar role.
