Highly regarded company based in Truro, Cornwall are looking to recruit a permanent Skilled Trade Supervisor.

The role in essence will involve supervising a maintenance team and also getting involved 'hands on'.

Main duties to include
Working with the Facilities Manager to facilitate day to day supervision of the maintenance team's workloads.

Updating electronic devices with day to day work schedules and other key information as required.
Identifying areas for improvement in maintenance practices.
Conducting supervisory visits to ensure the highest standards of work are achieved.
Improving the overall productivity and standards of the maintenance team.

Carrying out inspections to formulate cost and work schedules for future work within our homes and sites.

Maintaining strong communication with clients
Maintain and develop procedures and documentation in relation to responsive maintenance projects.
Ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities relating to repair work and contractor compliance.
Work within a duty roster to cover out of hours and weekend call outs across all of the company's facilities.

Salary:
£30,000.00 per year
