    Medical Devices Co-ordinator

    We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Devices Co-ordinator to join our Clinical Engineering team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support for the Clinical Engineering team, working closely with the Chief Technician to ensure the smooth running of the service.

    Main Duties

    • Manage equipment maintenance and repairs in accordance with Trust policy
    • Support the delivery of smaller scope projects within Clinical Engineering
    • Prepare documents and assist with project proposals and approval processes
    • Provide customer-focused service, managing customer expectations and keeping customers informed of progress
    • Ensure the Clinical Engineering intranet page is up-to-date
    • Order and process medical devices on behalf of the Trust and Integrated Care Board
    • Schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme for all devices maintained by NCHC
    • Point of contact for requesting, ordering and supply of consumables to clients living in the community

    Requirements

    • GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (at Level 4 or above)
    • NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience
    • Experience in an administrative function or similar with strong organisation skills
    • Understanding of principles, methods, techniques and tools for effective project management
