They specialise in Real Estate, Land and Construction and we're on the search for Building Surveyor
, based around the London area, to join their awesome team
The business has an amazing client base and as a result of their recent and continued success, are looking to further expand the team
The Role
We are looking for a Building Surveyor,
based around the London and surrounding areas.
You'll primarily act as an Expert Witness for various Housing Condition Claims - both defendant and claimant side.
- Carrying out inspections and producing various reports
- Liaising with our Administrative office team to organise appointments and preparation of the expert witness reports
- Responding to Part 35 Civil Procedure Rules questions
- Responding to information requests from instructing solicitors
- Manage various tasks for owner occupiers and commercial landlords such as project management, condition surveys, party wall services
Requirements:
- RICS accredited Building Surveying degree (Preffered)
- Either Assoc RICS plus experience or MRICS or FRICS (Essential)
- Expertise in residential building pathology (Essential)
- Driving licence & car for daily site travel (Essential)
- IT and MS Office proficient (Essential)
- Exposure across housing condition claims (Bonus)
