Project Manager

Salary - £40, ,000 DOE

Remote role (Ideally commutable distance from London)

As the Project Manager, you will be required to:

Responding to tenders and requests for information
Managing multiple projects across the UK from prestart meetings through to project handovers with the client
Plan and define the scope of work, project activity and programme
Provide leadership and management of installation team personnel
Attend site when necessary and keep in touch with operatives
Act as a point of contact for allocated accounts
Promote the business to existing and potential customers
Liaise with manufacturers and clients to design and select appropriate equipment and materials to meet customer specifications

The Project Manager should have the following skills or experience:

Experience in HVAC&R project management
Able to problem solve and generate solutions/ideas
Able to prioritise tasks and cope with demands
Commercial awareness
Process driven with a positive attitude
A knowledge of health & Safety and environmental issues
HVACR Design
Relevant certification (refrigeration, City & Guilds, Co2 experience
