Role: Care and Support Worker:


  • Hours: 1 x 30 hours per week, 1 x 25 hours per week (both posts include alternate weekend working):

Salary: £10.

20 per hour (pay award pending):

Location: St Oswald's Village, Gavel Way, Gloucester, GL1 2 UF
As a
Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

  • Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
  • Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and wellbeing of our residents
  • Encourage independence and selfbelief
  • Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

Person Specification

  • Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
  • Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
  • Passionate about delivering a quality care service
  • Flexible with hours.
