We have exciting opportunities for Customer Experience Advisors based in Basingstoke on a full time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week
across the office and from home.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced customer service specialist who has had exposure to call centre or shared service centre environments.

Your communication skills will be your forte, both talking and writing.

You'll have a genuine passion for helping people, with the ability to calm down difficult situations whilst always remaining professional.

Due to the fast-paced environment, you'll need to have excellent time management and prioritising skills and enjoy being busy. You should have experience in a customer focused role, preferably within a call centre environment.

**Interviews will take place on Microsoft Teams with second rounds to be held at our Basingstoke office. These will commence ASAP.
