Nick at TN Recruits Automotive is currently working alongside a renowned family-owned car retailer with a rich history and a steadfast dedication to upholding the highest standards of customer care.

They are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our Epsom team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their service department.


Role and Responsibilities:


As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of the service department, responsible for providing a warm welcome to customers, guiding them through their vehicle service journey.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Scheduling vehicle appointments in the workshop diary and coordinating with the team to track the progress of vehicles.
  • Ensuring that vehicles are ready for customers at their scheduled pickup time.
  • Making reminder calls to customers for postvisit followups and regular maintenance.
  • Collaborating with the team to source replacement parts required for vehicle repairs.
  • Occasionally assisting with the collection and delivery of customer vehicles.
  • Generating accurate quotations and invoices for services provided.

Qualifications and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A genuine interest in and passion for the automotive sector.
  • Preferred experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Location, Salary, and Benefits:

Location: Epsom

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary (OTE uncapped)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday; 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, Saturday
