Business Development Manager - The Role:
Freelance sales agent/Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads
- Establishing relationships with new customers
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Identify and respond to client needs
- Follow up on customer orders as necessary
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Working closely with our senior management team to assist in securing our position and with winning new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure our name is 'first on the list'
- Manage action plans
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns
- Regular participation in trainings to develop your knowledge
Business Development Manager - You:
- Goal orientation
- Experience in selling to large companies and multinational environments
- Strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation
- Strong desire to learn; a continuous improvement mentality
- Be able to interface with senior management as well as employees
- Second language preferable
- Industrial network beneficial
Business Development Manager - Terms:
- Freelance
- Comission 6% of sales (not only for first orders) plus generous Bonus
- Unlimited income possibilities (average 6080K +)
