Business Development Manager - The Role:
Freelance sales agent/Business Development Manager


Business Development Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads
  • Establishing relationships with new customers
  • Negotiating contracts with prospective clients
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Identify and respond to client needs
  • Follow up on customer orders as necessary
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Working closely with our senior management team to assist in securing our position and with winning new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure our name is 'first on the list'
  • Manage action plans
  • Work with the marketing team on campaigns
  • Regular participation in trainings to develop your knowledge

Business Development Manager - You:


  • Goal orientation
  • Experience in selling to large companies and multinational environments
  • Strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation
  • Strong desire to learn; a continuous improvement mentality
  • Be able to interface with senior management as well as employees
  • Second language preferable
  • Industrial network beneficial

Business Development Manager - Terms:


  • Freelance
  • Comission 6% of sales (not only for first orders) plus generous Bonus
  • Unlimited income possibilities (average 6080K +)
