Salary:
£22, £29,000.00 per annum

Purpose of the job

Reporting to the IA Manager, responsible for transportation of service users as required by the AASC.


Responsibilities:

Procedures

Work as part of a team to provide safe and secure transportation.
Collect and transport Service Users and their belongings safely to their destination.
Maintain record journeys and complete paperwork.
Remain compliant and drive in accordance with UK Road Traffic Regulations and The Highway Code.
Conduct all driving tasks in a legal, safe, and skilful manner by exercising due care and attention.
Conduct all vehicle tasks to a high standard and in a safe and proficient manner.

Connect and Collaborate

Work closely with your line manager and team members
Collaborate with others, attending meetings as required
Supporting team members and provide on-the-job training
Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager

Responsive

Ensure all records are maintained and kept up-to-date according to company policies and procedures

Talented

Monitor own work levels, progress and development in the role
Undertake all core learning and development programmes as required
Undertake relevant learning according to agreed Personal Development Plan
