The Corporate team work on a range of corporate matters, with a particular expertise on mid-market M&A transactions. Other work includes, acting for emerging growth businesses on the investment rounds through to exit or IPO, and acting on mid-market privateequity transactions for funds, management teams and portfolio businesses

You will be a qualified solicitor, with at least three years' post qualification experience gained within a well-established corporate department.

You will be expected to contribute to the business development activities of the team, so you should be comfortablein a client-facing role.
