Senior Branch Manager

Location:
North Kent, TN27

Basic Salary:
£28,000

On Target Earnings:
£45,000 - £50,000

Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Branch Manager to join one of the independent estate agencies in the South East of England.

They offers an excellent range of supporting services including mortgage, conveyancing, land and new homes, residential lettingsand international property investment to provide the complete property service.

The Job Role:

As the Senior Branch Manager, you will endeavour to always provide the best possible service.
You will be responsible for your own business both in relation to profitability and business development
You will motivate, inspire and manage your team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions
You will successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping their vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
You will keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market developing a reputation for being an expert in your field
You will work closely with your team, downloading new properties that you have brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers

Skills, Experience and qualifications:

As the Senior Branch Manager, you must have previous Estate Agency experience with 6 month listing experience
An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy in to you as a person and a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales
Drive and determination together with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm
