We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in English has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette guidelines
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,880.84 per year
