Operations Director


Hours and location: 37 hours per week. Our main office is based in Trowbridge. We support a flexible working culture, and this post would comprise a mix of home and office based working each week. The nature of this role means there may be a requirement to work from multiple locations.

The Role:

Provides a unique opportunity to manage, develop and implement WASP's marketing and communications strategy and delivery function ensuring that our brand, profile, and impact is prominent at local, regional, and national levels.

In addition, you will drive high quality methods by which to gather, interrogate and best use insight and impact measurement techniques to ensure the WASP team are equipped to understand its people and places to make evidence-based decisions, tackle inequalities and empower our communities to lead more active lives.

About you:

We are looking for someone to join our enthusiastic and high performing team, who ideally has a background and relevant experience in marketing, adept in working across digital platforms and insight collection, management, and reporting.

You will be a creative thinker, have good communications skills and an eye for detail.
