Simply Education is working with a Special Provision school in Cannock who are looking for friendly adaptable Teaching Assistants who can work in an environment where there is a diverse group of pupils with complex learning needs.

The ideal teaching assistant will have the following attributes:

  • Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with young people
  • Can communicate effectively with young people
  • Change activities to meet the needs of the students you are working with
  • Able to read body language and moods
  • Think on your feet
  • Contribute to child development plans
  • Take part in extracurricular activities
  • Have a positive approach to learning
