Description

As the Technical Co-ordinator you will play a focal role for all communication and process compliance within the Technical Services function, you will be responsible for triaging technical queries and concessions, ensure the right input is given by the team into Development, Engineering and Asset management.

You will also educate and coach the various teams across Heathrow that needs support from Technical Services on best approach to resolve issues.

The role requires a balance of technical skills, an advanced IT level, and the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.

Your role will involve:

Triage technical questions and concessions from Engineering/Asset management and Development. Where possible, answer queries using our standards, processes, and other documentation, where not possible direct to the correct Engineer to resolve.
Develop and manage the Technical Services processes in relation to Risk, Change, Control, Technical Queries, Concession and Legal Compliance.
Analyse and report on team performance against targets using several different sources to obtain data. Present finding and recommendations to stakeholders across Heathrow.
Control the process for Audit of systems, highlighting any noncompliance and ensure auditing is carried out at all levels. Identifying changes in processes, documentation, and legislation.
Organise meetings, such as the Technical Services surgery, and make sure those attending have followed the correct process and have all the right information.
Educate, train and coach the team, but also stakeholders on the processes.

These skills are essential:
