we are currently searching for an intelligent and keen graduate, who is seeking to kick start their career within financial services, to join a prestigious international banking organisation in their Private banking team as a Funds Administrative Assistant.

the graduate will be assisting and managing the distribution and administration of new and existing funds to customers._

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Organizing and supervising the execution of the income distribution and ongoing administration processes.
Opening accounts for any new personal/ corporate clients that want to invest in investment funds.
To prepare regular and special reports to departmental management in the required format, and in an accurate and timely manner.
To ensure that customers' complaints and problems are solved promptly and satisfactorily and to submit to reports Senior Management regarding any problems.
To prepare regular and special reports to departmental management in the required format, and in an accurate and timely manner.
Preparing payment instructions and accounts journals for share purchases, sales fees, and distributions.
Receiving and checking income distributions, sales & management fees
Preparing confirmations for investors, arranging for approval and mailing
Preparing ongoing quarterly statements for investors, arranging for approval and mailing.
Arranging and recording any transfers of beneficial interests in shares
Reconciling bank account statements to the investor log.
To gather information and data on competitors and products, services, and other activities.
