The Role


Active Solutions UK Ltd t/a Pathways are recruiting for experienced Wiremen with Substation experience for a project in the Shetlands.


Work will include
Panel Wiring on Substation.


What we Require
Applicants must hold a CSCS or Safety Passport.


Additional tickets/qualifications that would be beneficial include IPAF, MEWP, PASMA, First Aid, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Confined Spaces or any other industry related courses.

We will also require a minimum of 2 recent relevant work references.


Important Information
Hours of work: 12 days on 2 days off rotation

Rate of pay from £28.41 All Hours

Travel Days paid

Flights, accommodation and meals provided

Active Solutions UK Ltd/Pathways are looking for experienced Substation Wireman/Electricians for a project in Alyth.


Additional tickets/qualifications that would help are - IPAF MEWP, PASMA, First Aid, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels or any other industry related courses.

You must have substation experience and be able to provide references to support this.

Main duties will include glanding and terminating and pulling in cables and panel wiring. Other duties will depend on the specific project.

Pay Rate

  • First 37 hours £24.14
Overtime 1 £25.72

Overtime 2 £28.41

Pat rates may differ if you live closer to the location.
