Hazel & Hawthorn Ward has an exciting opportunity for highly motivated Rehabilitation Assistants to join our team.


We are seeking enthusiastic caring and compassionate applicants to expand the existing intermediate care team, working as a Rehabilitation Assistant; you will work under the guidance of the inter-disciplinary team (IDT) to contribute to the delivery of services based within Tickhill Road Hospital (TRH).

Applications are welcomed from individuals who are interested in developing skills in rehabilitation, whilst providing a high quality, flexible patient centred service.
