What you'll be doing
Future Insight is part of the Trade Marketing team at Future plc.

The team is the authority on Future's key audiences, market sectors and brands, putting the customer at the heart of the business.

Insight is central to the strategy at Future, and also high on the agenda of our key clients (advertisers and media agencies).

Research and Analysis:

Collaborating with the wider TM team to support research story with third

- and first-party data, e.g.
TGI, PAMCo, ComScore, Google Analytics, Ipsos Iris, Question Pro, proprietary research project data, and others as required

Utilise Future's proprietary inhouse insight platform, The Lens, to create, run, and analyse inhouse research projects
End to end delivery of surveyled insight initiatives via The Lens, including liaising with stakeholders on brief, questionnaire design and scripting, sample creation, survey activation, data analysis, and delivery of insights/results
Assist and support the Insight Director and Insight Manager on ad hoc research and insight related projects as required
Create compelling, storydriven narratives, always adapting style and tone of output accordingly to best serve the brief

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

Relevant experience in an insight/research role
Experience in interpreting data and analysing results
Ability to create and script effective research questionnaires (full training provided on our inhouse survey platform)
Experience of running advertising effectiveness research and insight would be desirable
Confident in using Excel / Google Sheets formulas to analyse datasets
Ability to translate complex data into relatable stories with clear commercial recommendations
Confidence and ability to present data and insights to stakeholders with clarity
High attention to detail
Enthusiastic and passionate selfstarter able to manage own time and responsibilities to deliver to deadlines
Proactive nature showing initiative and demonstrating a 'can do' approach
Adaptable, resilient, able to thrive in a changing environment

The expected range for this role is £26,000 - £32,000

This is a Hybrid role from our Central Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home
