Description

We are looking for seniors to join the team in existing and new Homes, the homes provides care for young people 8-17.

The shifts are 8am - 11pm plus sleep.

Requirements of role;

Providing a positive and enriching living experience that achieves the best outcomes for the young people
Supporting the young people's emotional needs
Leading, mentoring and motivating staff teams
Providing formal supervision and managing staff performances
Design, implement and monitor the care and education plans
Ensuring the smoothrunning of the home within regulation requirements and guidelines
Undertaking wider operational tasks when required

Requirements:

Level 3 Diploma in the Children and Young People's Workforce H&S Care Level 3 or equivalent
Prior experience managing and leading staff teams
Experience working within a childcare setting or with young people
Full Driving Licence
