We are looking for a
Brand and Communications Executive to join our team in High Wycombe


This role is full-time, but we know that flexibility is important so we're very happy to talk about flexible options.

Right now, the majority of our office-based staff are home based, but there will be work-from-home options post Covid-19, on top of a flexible approach to your working hours

With a flair for writing, creating content and designing information, you will have a natural ability to filter information and help people to connect with us.

If you are someone who can hit the ground running and have a genuine interest in improving communication, this role is for you Social media, new technologies, different access channels - these are all things we want to make the best use of so that all of our stakeholders know exactly what's going and can access information about our services in the best, most convenient way.


What you will do:


  • Work with the Head of Brand and Communications to embed our communications strategy of being an employer of choice, with high levels of staff engagement and excellent communication
  • Support the brand and communications function of our business to make sure all of our stakeholders are 'in the know' and we build a great online presence
  • Be the driving force behind introducing new and creative ways of sharing messages, expertly sharing them so that staff and stakeholders are well informed and engaged with our organisation
  • Take the lead on digital content and marketing activity, sharing information about our services and suggesting new and innovative ways of presenting it to support the NHS partnerships we have

What you are responsible for:


  • Leading our use of social media channels and technology and coming up with ways to improve and increase communications and marketing internally and externally
  • Capturing news, improvements and changes that happen across the business and sharing them in the most engaging way whether that's a written story, video or infographic
  • Writing, proof reading and improving communication materials to make sure they fit with our style and approach to plain English
  • Working with the Head of Brand and Communications to produce regular publications such as newsletters, quality reports, press releases and other information
  • Helping to coordinate internal staff communication, including the staff newsletter, internal digital communication tools, our monthly staff video updates and the staff engagement survey
  • Creating engaging marketing content that supports the NHS contracts we have and helps to raise awareness and uptake of key services
  • Coordinating InHealth's presence at virtual events, creating eye catching collateral and imagery
  • Arranging for new photography where required, making sure we have a modern and engaging range of imagery for use on our materials
  • Carrying out any updates and changes to patient information where required
  • Monitoring our website analytics and carrying out basic content management support
  • Supporting our teams to keep the intranet and website uptodate with information that will help our online community selfserve and find what they need
  • Translating complex and detailed messages into an easy read format, supporting staff to do the same
  • Keeping an eye on the use of our branding and house style to make sure we have a consistent and clear image
  • Making sure our teams see the importance of good communication

Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
