    Learner Driver Mentor

    We are a trusted and rapidly growing driving school in the UK, with 200 experienced instructors currently teaching and many more in our training program.

    Due to COVID-19 test centre backlogs, there is a high demand for driving instructors. In the last year, hourly rates have increased by £3 on average due to high demand. Over 70% of our instructors have waiting lists, some lasting up to 6 months. This is an excellent time to become a driving instructor.

    Is becoming a driving instructor the right career choice for you? To succeed, you must be reliable, punctual, patient, and possess good customer service skills. If you enjoy working with new people and meet these requirements, this could be the perfect career for you.

    Anyone can become a driving instructor. We have recruited individuals from various industries:

    1. Driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver).
    2. Finance industry (finance manager, accountant, analyst, supervisor, director).
    3. IT industry (IT support, cyber security, web designer, engineer, web developer).
    4. Health industry (care assistant, care manager, care trainer, doctor, nurse).
    5. Education industry (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer).

    We provide full training, conducted locally where possible.

    Our pass rates are significantly higher than the industry average. When you work with us, we refund all your training fees.

    To apply, you must meet the following criteria:

    1. Hold a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years.
    2. Not been banned from driving in the last 4 years.
    3. No more than 6 points on your licence.
