_We are recruiting a result driven salesperson at Addington Court Golf Club part of a larger golf group; the position provides a pathway for personal development and progression in the wider business._

The club is one of the country's leading golf centres, with two 18-hole courses, a 9-hole and floodlit driving range.

We are open to everybody, encouraging golf novices to start the game and offering fantastic facilities for practice and improvement.

The clubhouse overlooks the Surrey Downs and offers an attractive venue for weddings and special occasions.

Overview of Role
The key purpose of this role is to maximize growth in membership, functions, and golf day revenues.

You will collaborate closely with the General Manager and Group Sales manager delivering the financial objectives of the business whilst ensuring that operational standards and our guest experiences are consistently delivered.

Being commercially 'savvy,' you will embrace all local and centrally driven promotional activities ensuring these are correctly implemented, combining this with your personal activity to generate leads and sales.

It is imperative that you have a personable nature, can build rapport with customers and are a confident communicator.

• Always sell with integrity and offer the best advice to match our customer's needs.
• Contacting new prospects, previous and current members, previous and current event bookers.
• Generate new prospects by building relationships within the local business community.
• Attend and organize outreach events and business networking activities.
• Understand our competition and keep up to date with competitor pricing, promotions, and trends.
• Complete a monthly sales activity plan that will facilitate membership renewals and the lead generation activities for new memberships, functions, and golf day sales.
• Assist members, prospective members, visitors, and event bookers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Conduct effective membership and events tours selling all the benefits.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
