Summary

The Role

  • Reviewing incoming enquiries to provide estimates for precast flooring and staircases.
  • Assessing requirements for materials, labour and plant on each project.
  • Using both IT software and manual calculations for estimating.
  • Providing sales and technical advice where required.
  • Ability to carry out post tender negotiations.
  • Updating our inhouse CRM database and collating data.
Profile

  • Recognised building qualification preferable but not essential.
  • Strong mathematical/technical background.
  • Be willing to learn new skills and take on challenges.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Be honest, reliable and able to work in a team environment.
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new software.

Package

  • Full time 5 days a week
  • 20 days plus 8 days bank holiday
  • Statutory workplace pension
  • Salary depending on individual
This is a permanent appointment. Pay scale is dependent on experience and level of qualification with the necessary training being provided.
