About Our Client:
The client is an established business within the Community Services industry who are looking for an
Finance Assistant (Hybrid Working) to join the
Billing team within the
office based
near Borehamwood in Potters Bar.
Their empowering company culture allows for consistent personal development - working closely with the
Group Billing Manager on a daily basis.
As
Finance Assistant (Hybrid Working), you will mainly be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and efficient billing within the Accounts Receivable department
- Reviewing and processing manual credit and debit requests
- Liaise and work closely with the Accounts Receivable Team on a daily basis
- Any adhoc tasks as may be required by the Billing supervisor or other seniors within the finance team
The Successful Applicant:
The perfect
Finance Assistant (Hybrid Working) will be:
- Organised and efficient in handling daily tasks
- Experience with Excel basic proficiency at a minimum
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Billing
- Able to work well under pressure
- A team player
- A great communicator
