Description
Reports to: Credit and Operations Director
Location: London – Office based with some work from home flexibility
Job Type: Full time, permanent
Experience required: Relevant degree, qualification or equivalent
The Company: Pluto Finance is a flexible and progressive real estate lending business that understands the needs of developers and investors of all sizes.
We are a leading provider of development, bridging and investment finance for property developers and investors in England and Wales. We have been lending since 2011 and in that time, we have provided over £3bn of loans and funded the construction of over 10,000 new homes.
We raise institutional capital into our private credit funds - each fund backing a specific lending strategy. Investors include pension funds, insurance companies and asset managers. We have capital commitments to allow us to provide over £750m of new lending origination per year.
Our people are our most valued asset. We look to attract and retain, intelligent, passionate, problem solvers, who act with integrity, flexibility, and transparency, in line with our company's core values. It is our employees' commitment to their work and their clients, which will enable them to achieve their ambitions, and in turn, ours too.
The Role:
We are seeking a bright, diligent, and highly organised Portfolio Management Analyst to join our fast-paced lending team.
In this role, you will support the ongoing management, monitoring, and reporting of the loan portfolio, helping to ensure covenant compliance, accurate data management, proactive risk oversight, and effective coordination across portfolio, credit, and origination functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop expertise in real estate and development lending while playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of post-completion loan activities.

You will demonstrate strong analytical and data management skills, with a proactive and risk-aware mindset.
A relevant degree or qualification within real estate lending, development finance, or asset management would be advantageous. Familiarity with CRM systems and portfolio tracking tools advantageous, but not necessary.
You will be a confident communicator, comfortable liaising with internal teams and external counterparties, and able to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
