Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with internal and external customer queries in a professional and timely manner on the phone.
- Liaising effectively between various departments.
- Preparing of export documentation for packages.
- Liaising with Customs regarding documentation and resolution of outstanding issues.
- Investigating and reporting to the Centre or customer to assist with query resolution.
- Meeting set targets and any additional tasks on a daily basis.

Skills & Experience
- 23 years experience of the industry
- Knowledge of freight forwarding
- GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent
- Able to commute to Aberdeen
- Friendly and Sociable
- Attention to detail.
- Ocean Import & Export experience (LCL, FCL and Cross Trade beneficial)
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Complete import / export documentation
- Liaise directly with customers, trucking partners and our overseas offices
- Arranging bookings for FCL and LCL shipments

£30,000-£35,000
