Sales/Marketing Assistant

Entry Level - No experience needed

Duties:

Assist with business development activities, including lead generation and prospecting
Support outside sales team by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and managing followups
Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate and uptodate information
Assist with account management activities, including monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns
Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends
Assist with sales presentations and demonstrations, both inperson and virtually
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
