Maintaining purchase ledger

  • Bank reconciliations and daily banking
  • Assisting the Management Accountant with month end management accounts
  • Recording and maintaining petty cash transactions
  • Assisting with the sales ledger function as needed
  • Answering accounts queries
You will need proven experience as an Accounts Assistant and ideally have strong organisation and good accountancy software knowledge.

The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 21-24 hours a week, and can be flexible regarding how these arespread.

It would be beneficial to be available at short notice, but not essential.
