As part of their continued growth, they are now in the marketa for Virtual Sales Manager to join the team.

You will (virtually) train, coach, and manage our customer's sales teams to deliver outstanding resultsusing your skills to embed great behaviours.
You'll......- Own and build relationships with business owners from them being a prospect through to a valued customer of our VSM-System.
- Coach their clients' sales teams via weekly virtual (Zoom) meetings.
- Manage and hold accountable,their salespeople to deliver theirKPIs.
- Work with a mix of people in sales, relationship or other customer facing roles.
- Adapt your approach to work with different people, from inexperienced salespeople through to established business owners.
- Establish strong relationships with the salespeople, building trust and inspiring confidence.
- Encourage participation, check for understanding of learning and feedback to both thesalesperson and their employer in a fair and constructive manner.
- Combine feedback from your weekly coaching sessions with informationfrom our Learning Management System (LMS) to report on team's progress to the business owner.
- Exude confidence, passion, and professionalism.
- Structure feedback and produce reports for your Sales Mentor toshow the progress of your sales teams.
- Up selland cross sell other sales related products.
- Promote a fun environment where training and coaching is an enjoyable experience, not a chore.

- Experience in a training, coaching or selfdevelopment role and experience in a sales management role
