Reeds Rains are looking to recruit an Accompanied Viewer / Routine Visit coordinator for our estate agency branch in Liverpool, on a zero hour, flexible basis.

Established in 1868, Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the sale, purchase or let of a property as easy and straight forward as possible.

We pride ourselves on our friendly staff who are always on hand to ensure the buying, selling, letting or renting experience delivers a high-quality professional service.

Working as an Accompanied Viewer at Reeds Rains you will receive:

Minimum Hourly rate of pay
Fuel Expenses for business mileage

In the role of an Accompanied Viewer you will:

Accompany our clients on viewings of properties to sell or rent in line with Company guidelines.
Proactively promote the benefits of the property to the client.
Relay feedback to branch colleagues after viewings have been conducted
Conduct Routine inspections of our Rental properties

Due to the high volumes this city branch brings, although the role is zero hours we will require virtually full time hours to cover the workload.

Element of flexibility needed for business needs.

You will display excellent customer service, and be a confident communicator, with exceptional organisational skills and excel in time management.

A full UK driving license and access to your vehicle is essential.
